Everything You Need to Know!

How do I hire beach equipment?

Hiring is simple! Browse our products, select your items, choose the rental period, and check out online. We’ll handle the rest!

Do you deliver and pick up the equipment?

Yes! For only $30 we deliver to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, and Main beach area and can also arrange pickup after your rental period ends.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our Gold Coast location at 27-31 Wharf Rd, Surfers Paradise QLD to SAVE money on the delivery.

Can I hire equipment for multiple days or just half a day?

Absolutely! You can rent for a half-day, full day, or multiple days — whatever suits you better. If half day is needed, give us a call

Can I add extra chairs, coolcabanas, or more beach stuff to my booking?

Yes! You can easily add extra items at checkout or adjust your order later.

Why do I have to pay a bond?


The $50 AUD bond helps us protect our gear for everyone. It’s fully refundable after your rental ends, as long as the items are returned on time, clean, and in good condition.

When will I get it back?

Within 24–48 hours after return, automatically.

Is the process really that easy?

Yes! We’ve designed the process to be quick and hassle-free — you’ll be ready for the beach in minutes!

Do you have a physical store?

No. Goldies Beach Hire is a 100% online rental service. We do not operate a physical shop. All bookings are made online, and gear are delivered to the pickup address shown at checkout.

How do you setup the Coolcabana?

We do offer the setup as a service where you pay only $50 dollars and we will go to the beach, do the setup for you and we will pick the things up for you at our agreed time. The setup service is extra and it is only available in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Main Beach
