🚚 Delivery Process

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is $25 AUD, which includes both drop-off and pick-up. Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free delivery.

What time will my rental be delivered?

Deliveries are scheduled between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on your location.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Gold Coast. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! To celebrate our grand opening, we’re offering an exclusive April discount. Use the coupon HOLY-SEASON at checkout for a special limited-time discount!

Can I pick up my rental instead?

Yes! You can collect your gear for free near the Langham Hotel in Surfers Paradise.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Yes, we require someone to receive and sign for the items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What time will my rental be picked up?

Pickup happens between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Please have your gear ready at the agreed location.

How do I make a booking?

Simply browse our products here, select your items, choose your dates, and check out!
Once your order is complete, one of our staff members will contact you the day before of your booking day to arrange the delivery/pickup location.

Can I book last-minute?

We recommend booking in advance, but if you need same-day rentals, call us to check availability.

Can I book for multiple days?

Yes! Multi-day rentals are available—just select your preferred dates at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments in person. If paying on delivery, our team uses Square to securely process card payments.

What if the package I want is unavailable?

Call us, and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative option for you.

Do you offer special deals for businesses?

Yes! If you’re a business or event organizer, contact us for exclusive discounts.

Can I rent for half day?

Call us! We will see what we can do for you. It depends on availability!

❌ Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For notice periods less than 24 hours, you will receive 70% refund of your order.

What happens if it rains?

If it’s a rainy day, you can cancel on the same day for a full refund. (Upon revision and approval from our staff). Fees may apply!

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

What if I return damaged items?

Damaged items may incur an additional fee depending on the extent of the damage.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes! If you need to adjust your booking, just contact us, and we’ll help as best we can.

What if I don’t show up for my rental?

Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable, so please ensure you’re available for delivery or pickup.
