Delivery is $25 AUD, which includes both drop-off and pick-up. Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free delivery.
Deliveries are scheduled between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on your location.

Yes! You can collect your gear for free near the Langham Hotel in Surfers Paradise.
Yes, we require someone to receive and sign for the items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Pickup happens between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Please have your gear ready at the agreed location.

Once your order is complete, one of our staff members will contact you the day before of your booking day to arrange the delivery/pickup location.
We recommend booking in advance, but if you need same-day rentals, call us to check availability.
Yes! Multi-day rentals are available—just select your preferred dates at checkout.
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments in person. If paying on delivery, our team uses Square to securely process card payments.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For notice periods less than 24 hours, you will receive 70% refund of your order.
If it’s a rainy day, you can cancel on the same day for a full refund. (Upon revision and approval from our staff). Fees may apply!
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Damaged items may incur an additional fee depending on the extent of the damage.
Yes! If you need to adjust your booking, just contact us, and we’ll help as best we can.
Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable, so please ensure you’re available for delivery or pickup.
